What is your policy on refunds?

There is a NO refund policy for customers who purchase from my business. Read all details before ordering to ensure everything is accurate to your liking and body size. However, if your item never shows or package is tampered with during shipping, please email me with details and a picture.

Can you wash the crochet items?

I would recommend handwashing and drying however it can be washed in a machine on a gentle cycle.

What is your shipping policy?

I currently ship with USPS which is 3-5 business days from the day that it is received at the post office, and it also depends on what zone you are in.

Do you make clothing for plus sizes?

I make clothing for all sizes extra small and above. As long as you send me accurate measurements. I also charge extra for bigger sizes because more materials are needed.
